Complimentary Denim Alterations
If you purchase a pair of regular priced jeans from Velvet Lounge we will get them hemmed for you for free! Our staff is also trained to measure and mark your jeans at the perfect length for heels or flats. If you want to use the original hem we charge a nominal fee. Our expert seamstress, Tatyana Velichko of Executive Tailoring, is right down the street and can have your jeans ready in just a couple days. It’s that easy! You can just pick them up at the store when they are ready!

Velvet Lounge now offers personal shopping services with our buyer and store manager, Erycka Lee. Erycka has over 10 years of fashion consulting and personalized shopping experience. Her keen eye for good style and great fit has allowed us to develop the following personalized services:

Get your closet cleaned out and back into shape! Erycka can work with you to clean out your closet and reorganize your wardrobe. Donate your used clothing or we can help you organize your items and sell them! Your initial consultation is free!

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available to purchase in any amount and come with complimentary gift wrap. Don’t live in the area and want to purchase a gift certificate for someone who loves shopping at Velvet Lounge? Give us a call we can take you order via telephone and mail the certificate with complimentary gift wrap directly to their home! What a great way to surprise someone you love!
Return Policy
If there should be a chance that you need to return something you have purchased, Velvet Lounge allows 30 days from the date of purchase for you to complete your transaction. Please make sure the item has not been worn, has the original tags and includes a receipt. Whatever form of payment used will be returned to you. If you do not have the receipt we will issue a store credit for the item.
